Your Privacy


The club respects the privacy of its members and all information that is collected is used soley for the management and administration of the club and members' participation in the club, in accordance with the 10 National Privacy Principles (schedule 3 of the Act, December 2001 amendment). Personal information will not be provided to any other party, except as required by law.

The Register of Members is a public document and required by law to be available for viewing and copying. We have included the list of members in the Members' Room. However, the list displays only that information required by law to be displayed, or that the member has approved for display. A member may, at any time, request such optional information be removed from display.
